Core Weekday Open Training (Free with Core Registration)

Fall 2024 (September 16 through November 15)

Sign ups must be made in advance EACH week. Sign up form (see below for each week) will be live starting Fridays at 7:00pm, EXCEPT for first week for which sign ups will begin on Monday, September 9 at 7:00pm. 

Please note that ALL sessions will take place at the 74th Street Oval or Frederick Douglass field as indicated below.
